Project Outliner
Define
projects in terms of their outline structure. Using the first
of three levels of Tasks (Level 1), describe the major tasks
required to complete the project. Where applicable define
sub-tasks (Level 2) for the major tasks to more visibly define
the project structure. Repeat this process once more where
necessary to further define the tasks that constitute the
upper level tasks.
Note:
Projects are listed in box shaded in white, Level 1 tasks are
listed in box shaded in green, Level 2 tasks are listed in box
shaded in yellow and Level 3 tasks are listed in box shaded in
blue.

Project Explorer
Project
Explorer takes the Project Outline and displays the related
tasks in a tree view. Each task branch of the displayed
project can be expanded or condensed to show or hide detail on
the selected task. Task notes and assigned team member are
displayed for any selected task. In addition, the completion
status of each task is indicated by a “X” in brackets
preceding the task name if the task is completed.
With
all this information readily visible for any task or sub-task
the Project Explorer is the recommended tool for getting the
big picture of a project in the process.

Personal ToDo
The
Personal ToDo allows Today’s tasks to be collected sorted by
priority and printed for reference and note taking. The
checklist style of the list is easy to understand and work
with. ToDo items are entered either directly through the
Personal ToDo interface or by transferring tasks from Project
Outliner via the transfer function. (Tasks transferred from
the Project Outliner will display a “Task Detail” button
in the Task Edit form. This button allows access to the
Project Outliner Task detail to assist in clarifying what a
task is about.

Contact Manager
The
Contact Manager is a versatile contact information tool that
supplies functions to store and report on an assortment of
data about the people who are important to your
organization’s success. The data stored by Contact Manager
is shared among all users of the P2P Administrator
application. The ability to Add or Edit existing records is
granted to all valid P2P Administrator user accounts, but the
ability to delete a record can only be performed by Super User
accounts or higher.
When
a new contact is added the currently logged in user will be
recorded as the contact record’s owner and the person who
made the last edit. Any subsequent edits to the record will be
noted in the Last Edited By field with the name of the
associated with the account currently logged in.
Activity
for each contact can be entered directly or is entered as a
result of actions taken on tasks listed in the Personal ToDo.
The Date, Type of Activity, Description of Activity and the
user who entered the activity are recorded.
